Tasuku Mitsufuji’s vase features dynamic sgraffito carvings of a dragon that span its surface.

Mitsufuji uses iron and copper underglaze, which flows down the curve of the vase as the glaze melts in the kiln, resulting in a powerful manifestation of dynamic spontaneity.
